Intro to Sourdough Class - November 19th
Come out to the farm & learn the science behind the art of sourdough bread making on November 19th from 10am-1pm. In this class you will learn the history behind the bread, have hands on instruction on making a loaf from scratch & the secrets of keeping your starter alive and thriving.
Included in your ticket price:
- Hands on instruction from 10am-1pm

- Bread making supplies: a banneton, basket linings, wood bench scraper, wooden bread lame, dough whisk, wooden flour duster, wooden basting brush, stainless steel bowl
- Everyone will go home with sourdough starter & a loaf made by you in class
