Our meats are all processed & packaged at a USDA certified & inspected facility. There, they are frozen & labeled appropriately. Once we get our meats home, we sort & take inventory of the product that we received back to put into our system for you to order.

WHAT TO EXPECT
HOW IT'S PACKAGED
We ship our orders every Monday & Tuesday via UPS in a thermal insulated liner with 5.5 lbs. of dry ice. We hope that all meats will arrive frozen. Be aware that thawing can occur due to weather, shipping delays or small orders that do not fill a box. All meat should arrive “cool to the touch” or at refrigerator temperature. Once received, place contents in the refrigerator or freezer immediately.
OUR POLICY
All package contents should arrive frozen or cool to the touch. We strive for frozen. Claim filing is time sensitive and photos are required in order to show proof of damage. Please provide a detailed description of damages. Hidden Creek is not responsible for damage to the products if recipient is not available to accept the shipment at time of delivery. We ship without required signature to ensure your product arrives in a timely manner. Damage to the products due to an incorrect or incomplete address voids our guarantee.
OUR SHIPPING ZONES
All of our perishable goods are shipped via UPS. Depending on your region, they are shipped overnight or ground. Ground shipping allows for us to get our product to you for an affordable rate, however, if it is not able to be to you within 48 hours we must overnight ship. Being in the mid Atlantic, we have a great zone that can be ground shipped to within 2 days. The only states that we are not currently shipping to are Alaska & Hawaii.
