Our chickens and turkeys are raised on open pasture here in Salem County, moved regularly across fresh ground on a rotation that keeps them on clean land and gives each section of pasture time to recover. They spend their days outside, foraging naturally alongside a non-GMO feed. It's a simple system, and it's the reason our poultry tastes the way it does.
