WHERE CAN WE PURCHASE YOUR MEATS?

The easiest place to shop our selection is at our farm store in Quinton Township, NJ. Here you will have staff waiting to help you & answer any questions that you may have. You can also shop a limited variety of our poultry products at both Grasso Girls locations (Mullica Hill & West Deptford).

Lastly, you are able to purchase our meats online.

CAN I ORDER ONLINE?

You're darn tootin'! We are now offering shipping across the United States, excluding Hawaii & Alaska. Your package will arrive to your door via UPS overnight air. This ensures that your meats arrive still frozen and/or cold to touch by USDA food safety standards.

DO YOU OFFER LARGE SHARES?

We do! You can reserve your large share by going to the 'Large Share' page under the 'Shop Now' area of our header menu. Here you will read over our offerings & can submit a form to be placed on our reserve list.

WHERE IS YOUR STORE LOCATED?

Our farm store is located at 601 Quinton - Marlboro Rd. (Route 49)., Quinton, NJ 08302. Our 'home' farm is located at 272 Marlboro Rd. Bridgeton, NJ 08302 - just 1.6 miles away from our store.

ARE YOUR MEATS ORGANIC?

While we are not certified organic, nor will we ever be, we believe in letting our customers decide for themselves just how natural we are. We strive to raise the best quality and nutrient dense food to feed both our family & yours.

Our motto at Hidden Creek is #knowyourfarmer & by doing that, you have the great opportunity to see first hand exactly how what you are choosing to consume is produced. With that, you will be able to make an educated & purposeful decision for your family.

DO YOU OFFER SHIPPING?

YOU'RE DARN TOOTIN'! We ship our meats, jerky, bones & more each & every week. Our perishable items are shipped in a custom insulated box on dry ice. Your products should arrive frozen or cool to the touch, meeting USDA safety standards. Our goal (that we. achieve) is that they arrive frozen.

***Dry Ice Caution*** It is normal for the dry ice to have dissipated during shipping. Use protective gloves to handle dry ice, or allow it to dissipate on its own. Avoid contact with bare skin.

A tracking identification number will be provided at the time that the package is shipped. Please reference the shipping confirmation email that contains tracking number and expected delivery date by carrier. At this time, we only use UPS to overnight your boxes.

You will also have the option at checkout to utilize a service called Route, that tracks your package & provides insurance for it's contents if anything should go...well, wonky. You know how packages can be. This service is strongly encouraged for high dollar orders traveling outside of our ground shipping zone.

Hidden Creek is not responsible for damages if the recipient is not available to receive the package at the time of delivery. We ship without required signature so that you product arrives to your doorstep within a timely manner. Damages due to an incorrect or incomplete address voids our guarantee.

HOW IS SHIPPING CHARGED?

Shipping is a very costly expense for our business. While we try to cover a lot of the cost ourselves, we are not able to absorb it entirely. Our rates are based on the weight of the package, the size of the box that it's being shipped in, & the distance that it is traveling.

WHAT IF I WANT TO HAVE MY FARM CLUB MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION SHIPPED TO MY DOOR? CHECKOUT IS NOT GIVING ME THE OPTION TO SHIP.

Unfortunately, one pitfall of our Shopify online store platform is that it does not allow subscriptions to be available for shipping. Though this is inconvenient, we are able to do it manually once you submit your subscription through our website. There is a price break for Farm Club members & the cost of shipping is based off of the location of the delivery. We try to keep this as affordable as possible. If you are located within 25 miles of our farm, we offer delivery for a flat rate of $12 for our subscription club members.

IS YOUR MEAT ANTIBIOTIC & HORMONE FREE?

The truth to the question is that no farmer ever wants to administer antibiotics. They cost a lot of money & it means that there is a sick animal in our stock. Unless it's to save a life, antibiotics are NEVER administered. Our meat is 100% free of any added growth hormones.  

ARE YOU GMO FREE?

Our livestock is raised on GMO-free feed. We are one of the few farmers in the area growing non-GMO corn & using those same practices in our livestock management. What we can't source from our own farm, we rely on other family member's farms to contribute to our blends. As far as our broiler chickens & laying hens go, we bulk buy non-GMO feed from Stevens Feed Mill in Stevens, PA. They specialize in non-GMO feeds & we actually haul our own non-GMO corn to the mill during the harvest season.

WHAT IF WHAT I AM LOOKING FOR IS NOT IN STOCK?

It feels like we are constantly hauling to & picking up from the butcher. If what you are looking for is not in stock, it will be soon. Be sure to sign up for our newsletter so that you never miss a restock.

Poultry is harvested April - October on a 6 week rotation, beef is harvested monthly & hogs are harvested every 3-4 months.

WHY DOES YOUR MEAT TASTE SO GOOD?

We take great pride in making sure that we are producing and marketing the highest quality meat from start to finish. Genetics, feed quality, pasture conditions & dry aging all go into this system. Our animals are treated like pets, which means that they receive the extra care & attention that many large producers miss the mark on.
