Intro to Sourdough Class - November 13th

Come out to the farm & learn the science behind the art of sourdough bread making on November 13th from 6pm-8:30pm. In this class you will learn the history behind the bread, have hands on instruction on making a loaf from scratch & the secrets of keeping your starter alive and thriving. 

Included in your ticket price: 

• Hands on instruction from 6pm-8:30pm 
• Light refreshments  
• Bread making supplies: a banneton, basket linings, wood bench scraper, wooden bread lame, dough whisk, wooden flour duster, wooden basting brush, stainless steel bowl
• Everyone will go home with sourdough starter & a loaf made by you in class
