While humans come in all different shapes & sizes, so do cows. The approximate amount of pounds of each cut may vary, however, a typical whole is based on 360-380 lbs of meat and includes:

• 2 Flat Iron
• 3 London Broil
• 1 Flank Steak
• 1 Hanger Steak
• Skirt Steak
• 16 Rib Steaks
• 8 Boneless Sirloin Steaks
• 8 Chuck Steaks OR Ranch Steaks
• 12 T-Bone & 8 Porterhouse Steaks OR 16 NY Strip & 16 Filet Mignon
• 8 Top Sirloin OR Sirloin Tip Steaks
• 4 Short Ribs
• Shin Beef
• Soup Bones

$1760 is due now and $1760 is due at the time of pickup. You will be contacted when your share is ready for pickup here at the farm or in preparation to ship/deliver. Our current wait time is approximately 6-8 weeks for all beef shares.
